KINGS RESIDENCE

420 N Kings Rd is a European Spanish residence in Beverly Grove, designed and built end-to-end by HWA Construction. Completed over roughly 14 months, the project reflects HWA's design-build approach —architecture, interior design, pre-construction, and construction working as one team.

The result is a home rooted in European influence, reinterpreted through a contemporary design language featuring:

• Handmade clay tile, European-inspired moulding, and rift-cut white oak millwork bring warmth throughout the home

• Natural stone and hand-finished surfaces create depth and a sense of material permanence.

• Custom stainless-steel elements introduce a more sculptural, contemporary edge

• A monolithic stainless-steel island topped in natural stone anchors the kitchen, juxtaposed against warm rift-cut white oak cabinetry.

• A custom staircase, millwork, fireplaces, and finely detailed baths extend that same level of care throughout
