Los Angeles’ neighborhoods come with a unique design challenge: how do you create a home for the way people live today while working within guidelines intended to preserve the character of the past?

Join Noel Fedosh of LUNO Design Studio and HWA Construction for a conversation on what it means to design within these parameters without losing sight of the original vision for the home.

Drawing from LUNO’s experience navigating Design Review Board processes through real projects across Los Angeles, Noel will share how these requirements shape early design decisions, what tends to catch homeowners by surprise, and how understanding a property’s constraints early can lead to a stronger, more efficient design process.

Blending classic European design with contemporary influences, Kings will make its first public appearance at the Summer Siesta before hitting the market.
