Completed by Here We Are Construction, the Kings Residence is making a public debut at the Summer Siesta on Sunday, August 16 before officially hitting the market. Blending classic European architecture with contemporary influences and hip-hop-inspired character, the home offers a fresh interpretation of timeless design.

Kings Residence was an abandoned, fire damaged property that sat in the neighborhood for over a decade before it was completely redesigned and built by HWA Construction. The Summer Siesta offers the community a first look opportunity to experience the space and meet the team behind it.
