• Accounts Receivable (AR) data (e.g., invoices, payments, customer balances)

• Accounts Payable (AP) data (e.g., bills, vendor payments, outstanding obligations)

• Limited account and user metadata necessary to operate the integration

The Tool does not collect personal data beyond what is already contained within Company financial systems.

3. Purpose of Use

Data is used strictly for internal business purposes, including:

• Generating scheduled financial reports

• Monitoring cash flow and outstanding balances
