1. Scope

This Tool is provided by Here We Are Construction, Inc for internal business use only. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the Tool solely for legitimate business purposes

• Access only data necessary for their role

• Comply with all Company policies, including data security and confidentiality policies

Users must not:

• Share access credentials

• Export or distribute data outside approved channels

• Attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Tool

3. Data Handling

All data accessed through the Tool remains Company confidential information. Users are responsible for handling data in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.

4. No Warranty

The Tool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Tool.

6. Monitoring

Use of the Tool may be monitored for security and compliance purposes.

7. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or Company policies.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
